Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Notice of Infringement – Claim

A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
Details of the copyrighted work alleged to be infringed;
Identification of the material to be removed and information to locate it;
Contact information of the complaining party;
A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized;
A statement that the claim is accurate and made in good faith.

Under Title 17 USC §512(f), damages can be sought against those who misrepresent information in a copyright infringement notice. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email.

It should be noted that we may disclose the information in copyright claims to the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice, you can provide a counter notification to request the restoration of the material. The counter notification must include:

Your signature;
Description of the material taken down and its original location;
A statement that you believe the takedown was a mistake;
Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringement. We maintain a list of DMCA notices and take action against repeat infringers by terminating their accounts.
